Channel drain with double slit made of stainless steel Aisi 304 - 1,5 mm thick – specially designed to drain wastewater in pedestrian areas. It can be assembled with airtight seal flanging pins to the trap – with vertical or lateral drain - or to the tailpipe extension (1).
The visible surface is 76 mm (total 160 mm including the underfloor side). The slit measures 6+6 mm. Channel maximum depth is 70 mm - arms till 8 meters - or 90 mm - arms from 8 to 12 meters. Minimum drain slope 0,5% - 5 mm for each meter. In the external surface are welded some fasteners placed at 350 mm distance one from another, for better fastening to the floor.
The width of the channel drain is even; thanks to the linchpins (8 mm diameter) placed at a distance of 350 mm from each other. Linchpins are welded under the floor, for a better aesthetic effect. It is possible to install all Ray accessories, like the patented device called “antitacco”– holes with less than Ø 15 mm.
The traps (2), with frontal, vertical or lateral drain and entirely made of stainless steel, can be inserted inside the channel drain arm. Developed for sewage disposal, traps are equipped with a 1,5 mm thick vessel. The visible surface has the same shape as the channel drain. Total length 200 mm. Traps are completed with perforated strainers – holes with 6 mm diameters- to collect the impurities.
The channel drain can be 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000 mm with double flanging. The edges can be filled with glass fiber and high mechanical seal resin, to guarantee fastening to the products employed for the screed.
